1. Take the steak out of the fridge and allow it to come up to room temperature for one hour before cooking, frying or grilling it from cold will stop the heat from penetrating to the middle as efficiently.
2. Rub the steak all over with a good pinch of sea salt and black pepper
3. Add the steak to a hot pan/Charcoal griller, then cook for 5 minutes for medium-rare or to your preffered doneness, turning every minute
4. Remove the steak from the Griller/Hot pan, let it rest for 2 mins.
5. Slice the steak in your preffered slices (optional)
6. Enjoy the Special taste of Kagoshima Wagyu A4 in very simple way of cooking it.
